Remington super 60 was founded late 1998 by norwegian producer & songwriter Christoffer Schou, the band has had different members over the years (Magnus Abelsen, Benedicte Sveinsson, Elisabeth Thorsen among others). We have had many releases over the years on various indie labels around the world as well as being featured on numerous compilation albums. In 2017 we even got a tribute album made in our honour. KINGS OF CONVENIENCE や ROYKSOPPなどと同じ北欧ノルウェーミュージックシーン発の完全インディーズのベッドルームポップ、Remington Super 60。そもそも2000年を少し過ぎたあたりに北欧の音楽ブログ、鼓膜さん。イヤードラムズ eardrums さんあたりの紹介で知ることとなるんだけど。旧来の知りあい。平成の当時からクリスマスを筆頭に冬のへなちょこ曲というイメージがおおよそのところ強い。

当時いたメンバーから少し減ってしまったようだが、バンマスの Christoffer Schou は以前と変わらぬ活動っぷり。寒くなるまえに。秋には元気にニューアルバム発売。
